The plant is also a source of chromium, which assists in regulating blood sugar and for centuries it has been used to reduce inflammation, heal infections and improve immunity. Consuming onions could lower the risk of several types of cancer, improve mood and maintain the health of skin and hair.

 

LEMON is one of the most common fruits you can buy.
